Arthur J. Kerr Jr.
Chairman and CEO
After receiving a degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, Jack received his M.B.A from the Harvard Business School. He has served Kerr since 1952 in several capacities including Sales Engineer, Vice President, President (1968-1989), President/Chairman (1989-1997), and Chairman/Chief Executive Officer since 1997. He is a founding Committee Member of both the Eastern Gas Compression Roundtable (Chairman in 1989) and the Family Firm Institute, Pittsburgh Chapter.

David B. Kerr
President and C.O.O
After graduating from Penn State University - Behrend with a degree in Human Resources Management, David joined Kerr in 1987 as a Sales Representative stationed in Delaware. He transferred to the Pittsburgh office in 1990, became Vice President of Operations in 1996 and President/Chief Operations Officer in 1997. He has specific accounts in Pennsylvania and Ohio. David is a past Chairman of the Eastern Gas Compression Roundtable (2005), and also hold memberships with; Ohio Gas Association, The energy Association of Pennsylvania, and the Guild of Ancient Supplers.

Thomas W. Kerr
Vice President - Sales and Marketing
With a degree in Accounting from Penn State University - Behrend, Thomas joined a public accounting firm as an auditor prior to joining Kerr in 1994 as a sales representative. He was appointed Vice President in 1997. He is a member of the Member Society of Gas Operators. Thomas's role with the firm is to coordinate sales activities in all territories, and to maximize the efficiency of all outside sales team members.

Daryl M. Smith
Sales Representative
Daryl joined Kerr in 1999 to sell products and services offered by the company in the New England Territory. Daryl relocated to Massachusetts in 2002. Prior to joining Kerr, Daryl was an independent business owner in the printing industry.

William B. Marks
Sales Representative
Bill joined Kerr in 2002 to sell products offered by the company in the Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania territory. Bill comes to Kerr with many years of selling experience in the gas distribution and industrial market place. He is a member of the Guild of Ancient Supplers.

Ronald T. Comer
Sales Representative
Ron joined Kerr in 2006 to sell products and services offered by the company in the Mid Atlantic Region. Prior to joining Kerr, Ron worked in the HVAC and Software Industries. Ron is located in New Jersey.

Sharon Popinski
Receptionist and Office Manager
Sharon joined Kerr in 1989. Sharon manages all customer orders and is instrumental in the extensive customer service that Kerr provides. She loves helping customers and meeting new people.

Becky Byerly
Customer Service
Becky joined Kerr in 2001, after retiring as an office manager from a design firm. Becky assists customers with orders and keeps track of all files.
